Ingredients
5 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 and 1/2 hours. flour
1 tbsp baking powder
2-3 tbsp walnuts
2-3 tbsp orange peel

Method
Egg whites are broken down very well with sugar. Add chopped walnuts, orange peel, figs and dates. Stir the mixture and add milk and flour sifted with baking powder. Mix well again and pour into cake pan and baked.
