Cannelloni with zelenutsi

Ingredients
12 cannelloni
2 scallions
200 g mushrooms
200 g feta cheese
100 g cheese
150 ml cream
100 ml milk
100 ml tomato juice
3 cloves garlic
savory
nutmeg
salt
sunflower oil or olive oil
Method
Onion, garlic and mushrooms finely. Fry in a little sunflower oil. Remove the pan from the heat and vegetables are seasoned with spices. Cannelloni are prepared under the direction of the pack - or benefit directly or cook for the specified time. Filled with vegetable mixture and place in a greased baking pan. In separate bowl mix tomato juice, cream, grated feta cheese, milk and seasoned with black pepper and nutmeg. Cannelloni are flooded and the drought in a hot oven. Just before removing from the oven to scatter with grated cheese. Baked to golden.
