Caramel sponge cake with coffee and walnuts

Ingredients
4 eggs
4 yolks
250 ml sweetened condensed milk
200 g walnuts
150-200 g of sugar to caramelize
50-60 g biscuits
1 tsp instant coffee
1 tsp sugar
Method
Walnut kernels are ground together with 1 tsp sugar. The biscuits also be ground and mixed with the walnuts. Egg yolks and put in a bowl and mix with wire. Add condensed milk, dissolved in warm water 1-2 tbsp instant coffee, ground walnuts and biscuits. Sugar (150-200 g) is caramelized and her flush the baking. Pour the mixture of cake and baked in a water bath of 45-60 minutes at 150-160 C.
