Caribbean delicacy

Ingredients
Set chicken breasts
1/2 pineapple
1 tbsp flour
2 tsp curry
the juice and rind of 1 lemon
pepper
salt
sunflower oil spreads
1 coconut
Method
Chicken breasts boned and crushed to thinned. Peel the pineapple and cut into chunks and pineapple pieces are arranged on the meat. Tenderloin is bends and grinds with skewers. Coconut milk is pierced and strain into a bowl and add to it grated peel of half a lemon and lemon juice, sprinkle with curry, black pepper and salt. Add some chicken in the mixture and marinate 30-40 minutes. Marinated meat is placed in the pan, pour in a little sunflower oil and bake 20 minutes in a preheated 220 C oven. The remaining marinade, heat and thicken with flour. The cooked meat is cut into slices, pour the sauce from the marinade and served.
