Carp in Vienna

Ingredients
1.5 kg carp
lemon juice
8-10 lemon pieces
100 g sunflower oil
4 stalks celery
6 cloves garlic
parsley
1 handful of peas (about 30-35 grains)
salt
pepper
Method
Carp smear sides with salt and lemon juice. Rest 15 minutes. Shpikova with 8-10 pieces of lemon. Filled with a mixture of chopped parsley is, garlic, celery, the oil, lemon juice, pepper and peas. Bake in a moderate oven, the remaining mixture is sprinkled on it.
