Caviar eggplant and feta cheese - II type

Ingredients
2 roasted eggplant
100 g of crumbled feta cheese
1/3 cup thick yogurt
salt
1 clove garlic
1 hard-boiled egg

Method
Eggplant peel and cut into pieces, add salt and pressed garlic and pass a very short time. Add the feta cheese and yoghurt and confused. Salad pour into bowl and garnish with chopped egg.
