Cheese meatballs

Ingredients
500 g chicken mince
1 kg potatoes
250 g cheese
pepper, salt
2 eggs
breadcrumbs
fat frying
Method
Cvarete pileshkata mince and potatoes and while still hot and mash them mix with cheese, salt and pepper. Let the mixture has cooled down, then form into balls. First Dip in beaten egg, then in bread crumbs oval and fry in heated oil.

Minced meat also cooks, right? Does it matter if the minced meat and potatoes are hot or cold when you smash and mix with the cheese, and then, when designing and fry the meatballs?
