Ingredients
10 heads of garlic
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
salt
Method
Husked cloves of garlic, sprinkle with salt and crushed in a wooden bowl by adding a trickle vegetable oil.

I have used it as cooking fish in a bag in the oven. With mayonnaise fill fish as add and basil.

can be used also with grilled meat or cooked vegetables - very nice. But there is another way to prepare much easier and faster - with mixer.
