Chicken with cheese and vegetables

Ingredients
250 g chicken fillet
2 leeks
3 carrots
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
100 g cheese
3 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp seasoning for chicken
sunflower oil
Method
At the bottom of fireproof glass pan pour sunflower oil, molds are crushed garlic and put the cut into thin strips fillet. Bake in the oven until the meat turns white, meanwhile stir several times. Carrots cut into cubes, onion - chopped, leeks - circles. Pour the chopped vegetables in meat, add dissolved in a little water, tomato paste, flavor with spice chicken and sprinkle with grated cheese. The liquid must not be above the level of the products. The vessel was sealed with a lid and the dish is baked in the oven 40 minutes.

It was very tasty. Much like the stew, but is lighter. Good appetite!
