Chicken gizzards with butter

Ingredients
1 kg chicken gizzards
60 g butter
salt, pepper

Method
Chicken gizzards are cooked. In a pan melt the butter and put well drained gizzards. Fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper.

would not it be more delicious if you add the onions

In the same way prepare and chicken hearts. It tastes great. Do not put onions, and finally a little shred cheese. Bravo!
