Ingredients
          chicken
          2 onions
          3 cloves garlic
          3 allspice berries
          2 peppers - red and green
          mushrooms
          celery
          pepper, red pepper, savory
          salt chicken broth
          parsley
          sunflower oil
          1 cup white wine
          canned tomatoes or tomato paste
          flour

          Method
              In a saucepan put the meat, cut into chunks, sunflower oil, onion crescents, peppers, mushrooms and a few cloves of garlic coarsely chopped. Fry until soft. When ready meat and vegetables put paprika. Stir briefly and pour 1 cup of white wine. Boil for 1-2 minutes, then add the tomatoes. Make up with water to cover things up and running 3 allspice berries. Reduce heat and boil 30 minutes. Stir and add salt or broth. Finally thicken with flour and water. Place a small celery, savory, pepper and a little parsley and serve.
