Chicken livers and hearts with leek

Ingredients
500 g chicken livers
500 g chicken hearts
2 leeks onion
200 g tomatoes canned or fresh 3
125 g butter
pepper, salt

Method
Leeks cut into very small pieces and fry in melted butter. When browned, put to braised livers and hearts. Then add tomatoes, stir and add pepper and salt.
