Chicken livers with brown rice and mushrooms

Ingredients
300 g brown rice
250 g fresh mushrooms
2 carrots
2 onions
4-5 leaves bay leaf
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp vegeta
sunflower oil to taste
500 g chicken livers

Method
Rice is boiled. In tray cut vegetables and add to the cooked rice and spices, mix nice and arranged them on the chicken livers. Wind up with foil for baking and bake in a preheated oven at 250C degrees for 40 minutes, then remove fthe oil to seal.
