400 g chicory
20 g butter
4 tbsp (40 g) cream
2 apples
2 tbsp (20 ml) lemon juice
salt
sugar
30 g cheese
Method
Cleaned, washed and cut lengthwise chicory ranks in well oiled court. Sprinkle with lemon juice to remain white. Add a little salt and top rank sliced ​​apples. Add a pinch of sugar and cream. Sprinkle with plenty of grated feta cheese, top place several pieces of butter and cook over low heat about 15 minutes.
