Submitted by enr on 15 Nov 2008
Ingredients
150 g chocolate
1 tsp cocoa
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
Method
In a bowl or saucepan put the grated chocolate, add cocoa, sugar and water. Put the mixture on the stove and boil until thickened. Should not be confused constantly to not burn. This is a great glaze for cakes and sweets. If you want to become a greater quantity - double the products, but these products can easily coat a cake.

Yes wonderful glaze, but it nice and add a little oil to all products - try.

I also put a little butter or oil even if there is no oil at the moment. To not burn should be done in a water bath.

and okay for glaze for cakes?

I do not think it. You mean this chocolate coating that is dry and Non-adhesive, like a normal chocolate? This is a coating, ie - Chocolate with a fat content vikok. Can be made at home, such as chocolate melted fat, which upon cooling is tight, for example as an oil. Fat helps to better melting chocolate, and once cool, it is hard again. If naplavi with oil remains viscous, and the same with water.
