Christmas balls

Ingredients
300 g white chocolate
50 ml fresh cream
50 g butter
rum essence
cookies crispy crunch
cocoa
Method
Chocolate and cream are melted in a water bath, take off the fire and add the butter and rum flavoring. Stir and cooled down add the crushed cookies. The mixture is placed in a refrigerator to povtvardi then with wet hands, form balls (truffles), rolled in cocoa, arranged in a plate or put in paper capsules and placed in the refrigerator to firm.
