Coconut sponge cake with instant coffee

4 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup brown sugar
100 g butter
1 and 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp instant coffee
100 g coconut
5 g baking powder (1/2 bag)
10 g vanilla sugar
3-4 drops almond essence
# For glaze:
50 g butter
50 g coconut
1 tbsp instant coffee

Milk is boiled with 2 tbsp of instant coffee and leave to cool. The butter mix with sugar fluffy cream. Add the egg yolks one by one, not interrupted stirring. Add milk, flour with the baking powder and essences. Egg whites are broken down into the snow, add to coconut. Slowly and carefully added to the other mixture. Share of 1/2 cup mixture and stained with 1 tbsp instant coffee. In spread with butter cake form is poured first white mixture, and then with instant coffee, to obtain a pattern in the middle. Bake at 180 C is about 40-45 minutes. Hot smeared with melted butter and sprinkle with instant coffee and coconut.
