Cold tomato soup vegetarian
Ingredients
10-12 (1 kg) tomatoes
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
3 eggs
parsley
celery leaves
pepper
salt

Method
Tomatoes peel and through a sieve. To the resulting juice add onions, parsley and celery leaves, chopped, salt and pepper to taste. The soup is served sprinkled with chopped hard-boiled eggs.
