Colorful fantasy mince

Ingredients
100 g rice
2 onions
1 head celery
3 tbsp sunflower oil
250 g beef
300 ml beef bouillon cube
250 g of frozen peas or canned
3 tbsp tomato puree
3 peeled canned tomatoes
salt, pepper
1 clove garlic
Method
Rice pour 200 ml cold salted water. Boil, reduce heat and boil for 15-20 minutes. Onion peel and cut into thin strips, celery and peel and cut into cubes. The oil becomes heated and it was smothered onions and celery. Add the mince and fry for 5-7 minutes. Pour 250 ml the broth. Add peas and tomato paste. Mix well, cover the container with a lid and stew for 10 minutes. Cut the tomatoes into slices and pour in minced meat. Add cooked rice, crushed garlic and stew for another 3-4 minutes. Serve hot.
