Colorful soup with fresh mushrooms

Ingredients
6-7 fresh mushrooms
1-2 (100 g) carrots
2-3 (150 g) potatoes
30 g butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup (100 g) yogurt
parsley
pepper
salt

Method
Mushrooms, cut into strips and carrots cut into rings placed in a container with 6 cups salted boiling water and cook until soft. Then add the potatoes, cut into cubes. Dovaryava soup and thicken with beaten eggs and yogurt. Then there was added the butter, chopped parsley and pepper to taste.

This soup is nice, but something I can not quite this thickener ... It would be better to be free.

This soup, just with BUILD is very successful. Instead of parsley, put fresh thyme.
