Cream cottage cheese and blueberries or other fruit

Ingredients
175 g biscuits
175 g blueberries or other fruit of your choice
500 g cottage cheese
2 tbsp caster sugar for sprinkling
4 mint leaves
sugar or honey to sweeten optional
Cream cottage cheese and blueberries or other fruit

Method
Set aside 4 and 8 biscuits blackberries for decoration. The remaining biscuits crushed or ground. The cottage cheese is stirred cream. Mix and optional sweetened to taste with sugar or honey. Fill 4 glasses suitable. Kept in refrigerator 1-2 hours. When serving decorate with biscuit, 2 blackberries, mint leaves and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Curd crashed cream using the device? I tried with a mixer, but the language stands as a crumb, just not as smooth and oily cream. How do you do with a blender or blender?

Beat with a mixer, blender because I do not work. Too much depends on the type of cheese - is evident in the images themselves - at least one group has crumbs, the latter is a smooth mixture. No matter what is broken - blender or blender. If the curd is very dry and grainy, can add a small / 1-2 tablespoons / Yogurt.
