Crispy fillets

Ingredients
4 chicken fillets
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup feta cheese, cream or cottage cheese
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
4 tbsp flour
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 egg whites
salt, red and black pepper

Method
The chicken is placed between two sheets foil and lightly hammered, then sprinkle with lemon juice. The feta cheese (the cottage cheese) mixed with crushed garlic, 1 tbsp parsley, lemon zest and nutmeg. Each portion of the mixture is placed in the center of fuck meat. Then the edges of the chicken breasts tucked to cover the mixture completely. So made chicken breasts are attached with wooden sticks to keep fit. Mix flour, salt and red pepper, then this mixture is rolled chicken breasts. Crumb is mixed with the rest of the parsley. Chicken breasts are dipped in beaten egg whites, then rolled in bread crumbs and parsley, still immersed in egg white and bread crumbs. Put chicken breasts on baking paper. Bake in preheated 180 C oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Annie very good recipe, I'd made a cross hole in each fillet, and the hole will fill with cheese filling, the opening will close with one toothpick, then execution continues in your recipe. Bravo will try someday.
