Ingredients
          4-6 chicken legs
          4-6 chicken wings
          500 ml beer
          2 tbsp hip jam
          2 cloves garlic
          1 tbsp fresh ginger (1 tsp powdered)
          2-3 sprigs parsley
          1 tbsp mustard seed
          1 tbsp sugar
          1 tbsp paprika
          1 tsp salt
              Method
              In a bowl, pour the beer. Grated ginger, coarsely chopped garlic. Add it to the other ingredients together with mustard seed and sugar. Add jam, stir well, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place chicken in a separate container. Chopped parsley and sprinkle the meat, pour the marinade. Leave to stand for about 30 minutes. Drain and bake on the BBQ to medium heat.
