Dutch salad

Ingredients
2 lettuce (salads)
1 pear
100 g blue cheese
100 ml olive oil or sunflower oil
salt
5 tbsp vinegar
Method
The salads are washed, dried and tear in large pieces. Place in a salad. Pear and blue cheese are cut into pieces and add to salad. Everything is sprinkled with ground walnuts. In a bowl mix the olive oil, vinegar and a pinch of salt. Stir until a homogeneous mixture. In presenting the salad, pour the dressing. Optional can be adorned with pieces of boiled egg.
