Egyptian bean salad

Ingredients
350 g brown beans
3 sprigs thyme
2 bay leaves
1 onion
4 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp crushed cumin seeds
3 leeks onion
4 tsp lemon juice
6 tbsp olive oil
3 eggs
2 sour krastevichki
salt
pepper

Method
Boil the beans with thyme, bay leaf and chopped onion and pour into a bowl. In separate bowl mix Blend garlic, cumin, chopped leek and parsley, lemon juice, the oil, salt and pepper. Pour over the cooked beans and waiting to take over. Sprinkle with coarsely chopped pickles and boiled eggs and served.

is a great salad! This is the most delicious bean salad that I've done so far! :)

salad is very tasty and spicy, I did it with white beans, added a little marinade of chillies and spices blend all!

We will try ... Goes to favorites.
