Ingredients
500 g chicken livers
200 g mushrooms
50 g raisins
150 g bacon
2 onions
50 g butter
pepper
salt
5-6 cardamom grains
1 cube chicken broth
Method
Mushrooms, onions and bacon cut into strips. All products are mixed in a baking dish and sprinkle with spices. Pour reconstituted in 100 ml water, chicken broth and mixed. The dish is baked for half an hour in the preheated oven to 220 C, stirring periodically.
