Ingredients
4 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup flour
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
250 g butter
3 tbsp cocoa
10 g baking powder
1/3 cup Water
pinch of salt
2 chocolates

Method
On the stove boiling water, sugar and cocoa. Once boiling add the butter, then melts the butter is removed from the heat and add pre-separated yolks. Yolks are added immediately after removal of the vessel from the heat, and 10 minutes later by adding gradually. The mixture is separated 15 tbsp of the covering medium, and the rest by gradually stirring add the flour with baking powder, having previously confused together. Then smash 4 egg whites with a pinch of salt and add them to the mixture, stirring gently with a spoon. Tray is brushed with sunflower oil and then covered with flour. Bake at a very hot oven, and after 5 minutes, reduced to moderate temperatures. Once removed, still warm pour the topping and grated 2 chocolates.
