Fish with green onion

Ingredients
1 kg of fish
4 links (400 g) fresh onion
5-6 (500 g) tomatoes
5-6 (250 g) carrots
Chapter 1 (100 g) celery
1 / 2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
1 parsley
bay leaf
pepper
salt
Method
Fish is cleaned, washed and cut into portions, then add salt and boil until almost (8-10 minutes) with spices. In preheated oil sauté until soft chopped onions and diced carrots and celery. Add some tomatoes, chopped, and a bit of fish broth. Fish ranks in a baking dish, cover with steamed vegetables and the rest of the tomatoes, pour the rest of the fish broth and bake. After removal from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
