Ingredients
          4 fillets of zander
          2 eggs
          4 potatoes
          2 tbsp flour + flour roll
          salt and pepper
          sunflower oil for frying
              Method
              Grate potatoes in large pieces grater, add some salt and leave for 1-2 minutes. Hands squeeze excess liquid, which they have placed. Add the eggs, flour and mix.   Fish fillets are rolled in flour seasoned with salt and pepper on both sides are pressed with the potato mixture.   * Any * dressed fillet is placed in hot sunflower oil. Fry over medium heat. After turning red and roasting continues, the heat is reduced.
