Ingredients
1 kg of fish without head
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
8-10 (800 g) of potatoes
2-3 (150 g) red tomatoes
1/2 lemon
parsley
garlic
salt
pepper
1 liter of water
Method
In boiling salted water are allowed to boil potatoes, diced, and tomatoes, chopped, drew to a few peppercorns, a few cloves of garlic and vegetable oil. After a few minutes, add sliced ​​fish and boil 10-15 minutes. Finished fish is carefully removed and put in a container in which to serve. Broth strain and thicken with eggs.
