Flamed peaches

Ingredients
2 peaches
1 tsp (5 g) potato flour
3 tbsp (30 g) sugar
1 tbsp (10 ml) lemon juice
2 tbsp (20 ml) brandy
Method
Peaches Peel , cut into halves, withdrawn stones. Boil the sugar with 4 tbsp (40 ml) of water, add the peaches and stew until soft. Peaches are removed and the rest of syrup added potato flour, mixed with lemon juice and vazvaryava. Again put the peaches, the mixture is warmed, transfer to warmed platter, sprinkle with heated brandy, light and flaming cake is served.
