Fragrant potato salad

500 g potatoes
1/3 cup mustard
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 red onion
1/3 cup olive oil
in 1-2 tsp curry, cumin and turmeric

Pre-peel, chop the potatoes and blanch in boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Drain water and add chopped onion. Add the vinegar, olive oil, mustard, curry powder, cumin and turmeric. Confuse well to mix the spices and seasoned each piece. Allow to stand for about 1 hour to blend flavors. Pour the mixture into aluminum foil and bake at BBQ for about 20 minutes. Serve warm.
