French dessert Clafoutis

Ingredients
1 can of peaches (peaches about 6 - 12 halves)
3 eggs
75-100 g sugar
2 vanilla
2 tbsp flour
pinch of salt
200 g cream
butter or margarine greasing pan

Method
Eggs, sugar, vanilla, flour, cream and salt mixed nice to foam. Pre-squeezed juice from peaches, rank with the smooth surface on a greased with butter baking dish, then pour the mixture stirred. Bake in a preheated 180 C oven until dark golden color. Optional served with ice-cream, cream or powdered sugar. * You can use any fruit you want and instead of cream, and milk can, and instead of vanilla essence can and other taste. Although there is no baking powder, dessert inflates and becomes very fluffy.

cake looks very easy, but if you can sneni can of fresh fruit. Do not think I've seen in many stores canned fruit.

One of my favorite desserts. It can be made with fresh peaches, of course ripe.
