French salad with spinach

Ingredients
4 boiled eggs
8 thin strips of bacon
300 g spinach
2 green onions
# For the dressing:
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove crushed garlic
salt
Method
Fry the bacon until golden and drain the fat on a napkin. In a bowl mix the chopped products. Sprinkled with shattered dressing. Top rank strips of bacon.

Yes crude and is very useful.
