Fried eggs in tomato sauce

Ingredients
4 eggs
1 kg tomatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 carrot
4 slices of bread
50 ml sunflower oil

Method
Wash tomatoes, then shred. In a deep pan pour 50 ml sunflower oil and put it on the stove. As warm fat, put grated tomatoes. Stir with a wooden spoon and leave to cook. Sprinkle with salt and sugar. Add carrot, grated. By thickened sauce is gently tap the eggs. Tighten as white and yolk dish is ready. Slices of bread baked in a toaster. In four plates put on a piece of toast. On top of each is placed in a fried egg with sauce. Portions are sprinkled with chopped fresh basil.
