Fried turbot with onions and potatoes

Ingredients
4 pieces of turbot (about 800 g)
salt
pepper
flour
vegetable oil for frying
4 large tomatoes
60 g butter
parsley
1-2 cloves garlic
2 onions
5-6 potatoes
lemon
Method
The pieces were spotted turbot with lemon juice, add salt and pepper scatter. After the stay 10-15 minutes Oval in flour and fry in very preheated oil. Remove the fat and fry the onions and potatoes, diced. Add salt and scatter pepper and parsley. In the butter fry the slices of tomatoes to scatter with a little crushed garlic with salt. Fish garnished with fried onions and potatoes and cover with tomato slices. Pour in the butter, which are fried tomatoes.
