Fruit cake - II type

Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup (200 g) sugar
125 g margarine
1 cup (200 g) flour
1 packet of baking powder
2 apples
pears 2
250 g plums
30 g butter
cream
Method
Plums halve and pit them. Apples and pears are cut into thin slices. The fruits are arranged in a baking dish in which melted the butter and baked for about 20 minutes. Eggs with sugar is broken down into a thick foam, gradually add the melted margarine and flour mixed with baking powder. Pour dough on cold fruit. Bake in a moderate oven. Remove the cake turned onto a plate and garnish with whipped cream.
