Fruit cocktail Air

Ingredients
250 g peaches
apricots 250 g
sugar to taste
lemon 1

Method
Oranges, peaches and apricots from the nuts are cleaned and put in a small deep saucepan. Pour 500 ml cold water, sprinkle with sugar and put on the stove. Once the water boils, add lemon juice and let simmer for 5-6 minutes. Then pureed in a food processor and strain. The juice of the orange is squeezed and poured into a fruit syrup. Serve in chilled glass with orange slice and mint.
