Fruit dough

Ingredients
1 kg fruit of your choice
200 g flour
2 yolks
1 vanilla
1/2 cup soda
flour for rolling
sunflower oil for frying
sugar
chocolate or walnuts
Method
Carbonated water, milk, egg yolks and vanilla crash and pour in the flour. Mix well. Fruits are cleaned, rolled in flour (for rolling) and immersed in the dough. Fry in a hot sunflower oil. Sprinkle with sugar, grated chocolate or chopped walnuts.
