Fruity Omelet

Ingredients
3 pears or fruit of your choice - apples, quinces, peaches and so hard
3 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
flour
Method
Fruits are cut into thin slices. Fry in the oil, until golden in color. Eggs are broken down with milk and vanilla spice. The mixture is thickened with a little flour and pour over the fruit and spread evenly. Omelet fry at moderate temperature. Serve sprinkled with cinnamon.

I've done with apples and delicious. Will try and mixed fruit :)

just did it with apples, I do not become just like an omelet little break, but maybe I'm mistaken proportions. Otherwise big yummy :) I will do it :)
