Garden soup balls

Ingredients
2 onions
2 carrots
1 pepper
250 g minced meat
3 potatoes
1/4 cup rice
1 cube chicken and vegetable broth
pashtarnak or celery
few mushrooms
salt, pepper, cumin
parsley
vermicelli or couscous
1 egg
sunflower oil
lemon juice
vinegar

Method
Put about 2 3 liters of water to a boil, adding the bouillon cubes. During this time, cut in small pieces onions, carrots and peppers, parsnips or celery, add the mushrooms and cut into small cubes of potatoes, and add pepper and the oil. When the potatoes and carrots soften, add the rice and vermicelli made from minced meat balls (you can put a little raw rice and spices in the meat for better taste). Leave to boil for 20-30 minutes, wait a bit and prepare hot soup thickener of a broken egg with vinegar and lemon juice as diluted with a little soup. Turn off the heat, add chopped parsley and serve.
