Goulash minced meat

Ingredients
250 g minced meat
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/4 cup fat
1/3 cup rice
1 onion
6 cups Water
pepper
salt
pepper
garlic
vinegar
Method
Onions, chopped, stew in fat with minced meat until it becomes crumbs. Add tomato paste, red pepper and water. Soup, add salt and boil for a few minutes on high heat, then add the cleaned rice and continue cooking on medium heat. The finished soup is served sprinkled with ground black pepper and seasoned with crushed garlic and vinegar optional.
