Ingredients
500 g margarine or soft butter
250 g cream cheese
300 g granulated sugar
2 eggs
900 g flour
500 g pitted prunes
120 g brown muscovado sugar
20 g baking powder
1 pod Bourbon vanilla or vanilla extract
rum, almond extract, lemon peels

Method
Beat margarine, cream the feta cheese and granulated sugar until fluffy. We need sugar to melt. Add eggs and beat again until the mixture take them. Add vanilla and essences optional. Add flour with baking powder and kneading medium hard dough. Divide the dough into 6 balls. Place the dough in a refrigerator for an hour. Pad the pan with a diameter of 30 cm cooking paper. Evenly over the area of ​​in large pieces grater grate 2/3 of the dough. Distribute top cut in halves plums and sprinkle with brown muscovado sugar. Grate top and the rest of the dough. Bake in preheated oven at 170 C for about 1 hour. More hot pies sprinkle with powdered sugar. * I used frozen plums.
