Guacamole

Ingredients
1 avocado
1/2 hot pepper
1/2 small red onion
1 tbsp lemon juice or lime juice
5-6 sprigs of coriander (fresh)
1 clove garlic
salt
tomato, pepper - optional

Method
Remove the seeds of the chilli and chop onion. Cut chopped onions and coriander. Avocado cut in half, remove the stone is and is collected inside. The products are mixed with a wooden spoon to smash rude. Season with salt and lemon juice and optional can be added diced tomato or pepper. Allow to stand for 30 minutes before consumption.

Very nice recipe several times to do. I think with lime becomes better lemon flavor combines more enjoyable. Today blend avocados, garlic, lime juice and coriander and then added green onions and diced tomato - A softer mixture.

Frankly, I would not put fat in avocados - it is oily and contain healthy fats. The other is a matter of taste.

And I just thought that - avocado is so fat that you do not need. Pepper and parsley also do not add up, but it is a matter of taste :)

Yes in the original Mexican recipe writes that add pepper and parsley are added as desired. I saw in one of their sites
