Ingredients
1 kg of meat - pork, beef or lamb
3 onions
2 ch. garlic
500 g eggplant
3 tomatoes
4 green peppers
100 ml fat of your choice
1 kg potatoes
300 g zucchini
300 g okra
300 g peas
300 g green beans
1-2 chillies optional
paprika , salt, pepper, parsley
100 ml wine

Method
The meat is cut into portions and together with the onion and garlic stew in fat baked in casseroles ring. Then placed in succession, depending on the time for the heat treatment, all the washed and sliced ​​vegetables. Salted and seasoned with pepper. Pour the wine and 1 cup water. Cook under the lid until ready. Serve sprinkled with parsley thoroughly.
