Hot spiced wine (Glyog)

Ingredients
1 bottle (750 ml) red wine
1/2 cup (100 ml) vodka
10 g cinnamon stick
10-15 cloves
little ginger
2 g cardamom
dried orange peel 1/2
300 g sugar
1 tbsp (10 g) vanilla sugar
almonds optional
raisins optional
Method
Cinnamon and cardamom are broken and with ginger, dried orange peel and cloves are placed in a jar. Pour with vodka, the jar was capped and allowed to stand for 24 hours. Then vodka strain of spices. Almonds are peeled by placing in boiling water for 10-20 seconds. In a saucepan mix vodka and wine, add vanilla sugar, sugar, peeled almonds and raisins. The mixture is heated for a few minutes, but in no case should not boil. It is best be served hot when the weather is very cold.

This is the wine is very typical here, but we put rum is more fragrant.
