Jam and orange peel apples

Ingredients
600 g sour apples
peel from oranges 3
1 kg of sugar
1/2 tsp (3 g) tartaric acid
200 g glucose
Method
Orange peel is scraped from the orange part . Cut into small cubes and boiled in water for 3 to 5 min, and then placed in cold water. When cool well are removed and boiled in boiling water until completely soft. Add sugar and glucose and peeled and grated apples. Boiling was continued for 10 minutes to thicken the syrup. Tartaric acid was added. Boil for another 2-3 minutes. Allow it to cool and pour into jars.
