Jam oranges or lemons

Ingredients
2 kg of oranges or lemons
1 kg sugar
Method
The fruits are peeled of sheet. Slices of the fruit is cooked and rub through a sieve or colander. Added sugar. The jam boil effuse court to thicken. For flavor in cooking place and part of the peel, which is removed before marmalade be poured into containers.
