Jelly Rose
Ingredients
300 g pink
10 g (1 tbsp) pectin
1 liter of water
1,7 kg sugar
1 tsp (5 g) tartaric acid
Method
Color red rose butterdayna clean from stems, stamens and lower leaves. Pour water and boil 200 g sugar until soft leaves. The juice is strained, add the remaining sugar and boil for 5-10 minutes. Dissolved pectin is added in a thin stream. Mix and boil to give the required density. 2-3 minutes before removing from heat and add the tartaric acid.
