Kadaif milk

Ingredients
500 g kadaif
1 cup (200 g) walnuts
125 g butter
5 cups (1 liter) milk
5 cups (1 kg) sugar
2 vanilla powder
Method
Half kadaif ranks in a greased baking dish with butter and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Top put the rest kadaif and covered with pieces of the butter. Bake in a low oven until it turns rosy. Milk is boiled with sugar, remove from heat, flavored with vanilla and pour over baked kadaif. Cover the tray. The next day kadaif turns into a suitable container. Serve cut into squares.

Do kadaif be cold or may be still warm?

I do kadaif with cold and warm syrup.
